Mysteriously arrived

I got the book and talisman today after the tracking told me it was delivered in the United States really weird but anyway I haven’t read it yet but the talisman is nice and heavy. I look forward to reading the book

beautiful talisman

This talisman is beautiful and has a nice weight and size. I leave it in various places around my home and yard, picking it up when I see it - holding it, feeling it, turning it over, squeezing it. If it remains solid, I move it to a different place where I'll see it. If it doesn't respond like I would expect in the "waking'' state, I'll know I'm dreaming! Can't wait for that to happen! Seriously, it's been very effective reminder to state check throughout the day. Ryan's book has also been helpful, and has given me new insight into dream practice. Highly recommend both!
